The Leadership Subcommittee would like to discuss meritocracy at Enron at our Monday meeting.  Prior to our meeting, would each of you please spend a few minutes thinking through what you believe to be the strengths/positives of our system as well as the weaknesses/negatives.

We plan to review our collective thoughts at our meeting in an attempt to develop additional thoughts around the qualities we look for in our leadership at Enron.
